NU Honours Admission Circular Notice 2020-21 is available on National University Admission Website. National University (NU), Bangladesh is the 3rd largest university in the whole world. It was established in 1992. Its headquarter is in Gazipur. It is run by state as well as public. It provides 4 academic certificate. They are:
- School of Under Graduate Studies
- Centre for Post-Graduate Studies Training & Research
- M. Phil./ Ph.D Programmer
- Centre for Curriculum Development and Evaluation
There are 2254 colleges under national university. These college provides pass, honors and master’s degree with a large number of student. In under graduate there are 1,755,256 students and post graduate this number of student is 334,653.
As per government notice there is no admission test for national university. So basically the SSC and HSC result will be the basis of admission. For that students need to apply on the official website of NU.

NU Admission 2020-21 Minimum Qualification
National University Honours admission has some requirements. These are ….
- Students who passed SSC or similar exam in 2017 and 2018 and HSC or similar exam passed on 2019 and 2020 can apply for national university.
- For humanities group students need to get GPA 2.50 at least in both SSC, HSC or similar exam.
- For science and commerce the qualification is in SSC GPA 3.00 and HSC 2.50 at least.
- 2016/17 years O level students had to at least B in three subjects and in A level there need at least one subject in B grade.
- Students age has to be under 22 years.

NU Honours Admission Application Link and Process
You can apply for NU Honours Admission Application by online. To submit your admission application follow the below step.
- The official website of NU is nu.ac.bd/admissions.
- Go to the website.
- Go to honors tab.
- Click on apply now (honors)
- There will be a table.
- Fill the table with the information of your SSC or HSC or similar exam’s roll number, registration number, education board/ university, passing year.
- There will be another option for male or female. Carefully fill this.
- After that you can see the eligible subject.
- Applicant can choose any college for apply.
- After choosing college name applicant can see the subject name of college and seat.
- For any quota applicant has to fill this. There need to be the specific document. Otherwise it won’t be granted.
- Applicant passport size picture had to upload by scan in 120 × 150 pixel picture in jpg format maximum file will be 50 KB.
- After completing all these things than click on submit button. Before that please check everything once again.
NOTE: If there need any correction after submitting. Than applicant need to go application login then honors login. Then fill apply form’s roll number and pin. Now go to form cancel or photo change option then click on to generate the security key option. After that you will get a sms on your submitted mobile number. That’s called one time password (OTP). Then the OTP entry can reject previous application and you can again apply.
NU Honours Admission Marks Distribution
- Every college has its own merit list for their students.
- On the basis of their students they provide students choice subject.
- If there is same quality student for same subject then the choice will be gone by
- With 4th subject SSC and HSC exam with 40% and 60%.
- If needed then SSC and HSC exam marks.
- If then didn’t get any difference then the student who is small aged he will get the chance.
- The admission will be held on 1st merit list, on the basis of zero seat the 2nd list, special quota and NU Release slip 2019.
National University Admit Card 2020
- Applicant need to download the admit card from nu.ac.bd/admissions.
- After that applicant need to sign a specific place.
NU Admission Result 2020-21

- The college will send you a sms on your submitted mobile number.
NU Double Admission rejection information:
If there is any student who is admitted other pass or honors or professional course than the previous admission has to be rejected than you can admitted. Otherwise you can’t.
