You must be follow DPE website guideline when you upload your photo and signature. According to DPE Teletalk website, Photo size must be 300 Pixel width and 300 pixel height. Signature size must be 300 pixel width and 80 pixel height. Point to be noted , photo and signature size not no exceed 100 KB. If size does not match on their guideline then they do not upload successfully. Photo must be colourful otherwise black and white photo not allowed.
