After sending first SMS in reply you will get a return SMS with your name, education board name, passing year and roll number with registration fee amount including a PIN Number. Now if you want to complete Payment, you have to send second SMS as below..
2nd SMS:
CAD <Space> YES <Space> PIN <Space> Contact Number and Send To 16222
