If any applicant has citizenship of more than one country and Bangladesh citizenship is valid among them, then he can apply. Interested candidates have to submit online application form and pay non-refundable Rs. The detailed rules for submission of application are given below.

- You can get application form there.
- Candidates must fill this from by their valid information.
- Remember that Photo Size (300X300) pixel, maximum size will be 75KB and signature Size (300X80) pixel; Maximum size will be 20KB.
- After submit this, form website automatically come an applicant copy and you can save this PDF file and finally print.

Using the User ID number, the candidate will submit the application fee within 72 (seventy two) hours by sending an SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner. Online application will not be accepted under any circumstances till given.
