1. The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of that
2. The prescribed application form can be found on the website of the district and in the notice board of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, all the Upazila Executive Officers of the district.
3. The Deputy Commissioner and the President, along with the District Election Committee will have to sign the candidate with self-hand / computer at the designated place before filling the application form and the application form will be available on 1/3/26 AD. The office will have to reach the office of the lower signatures during the post office. No application will be accepted through direct / courier service. In case of married women candidates, the husband’s permanent address should be mentioned in the application form.
4. The following documents should be submitted along with the application form;
5. A) Picture of fresh oil (3) copies of 1×3 cm size as verified by the first class gazetted officer at the designated place of application.
6. B) Verified copy of citizenship certificate issued by the municipality / union council.
7. C) Verified copy of the educational eligibility certificate.
8. D) Verified copy of the certificate issued by the first class gazetted officer. A National Identity Card or attested copy of birth registration certificate issued by City Corporation / Municipality / Union Parishad.
9. E) Candidates for the job as sons / daughters / grandsons / grandchildren of freedom fighters / martyrs, signed by Hon’ble Minister / Advisor of the Ministry of Liberation War and signed by the Hon’ble Prime Minister / Chief Advisor or by the Chief Advisor to the Honorable Prime Minister / Chief Advisor. Verified copy of the periodical certificate signed. If the petitioner is the grandson of the freedom fighter / martyr freedom fighter, the grandson / grandson of the freedom fighter / martyr freedom fighter is a certificate signed by the chairman of the union council / ward councilor of the city corporation and the mayor / councilor of the municipality. Verified copy of the certificate issued by the Deputy Director of the District Social Service Office in the case of physically handicapped and orphans.
10. F) Verified copy of the certificate issued by the concerned Deputy Commissioner in case of minorities.
11. G) In the case of Ansar and VDP candidates, a valid copy of the certificate issued by the competent authority as per the latest policy.
12. H) Original copy of deposit of Tk. 5 (fifty) in any code of Sonali Bank by Treasury Invoice.
13. I) A return envelope of the size of 8 “x 10.4” is required for the postage stamps with a name and address written on it for the purpose of issue of entry card.
14. Candidates are required to present the original copy of all the certificates filed with the application form during the interview.
15. The age of the candidate should be between 3 and 5 years on 7/8/25. However, in case of freedom fighter / martyr freedom fighter’s sons and daughters, the age limit is relaxed up to 12 years. In case of freedom fighter / martyr son and daughter of freedom fighter, the age range is 3-5 years. No affidavit will be allowed in case of age proof.
16. Incomplete / defective and delayed applications will be treated as direct cancellation.
17. In the case of verification, there must be a first class gazetted officer, and the officer must have a sealed name and clear name.
18. Applicants must reach the application form within the stipulated time by the appropriate authority. An advance copy of the application form will not be accepted.
19. The prevailing government policy regarding quotas will be followed.
20. The decision of the Authority will be final without any reason to show that the application form is accepted and rejected.
21. The name of the post in the meta letter on top of the envelope, special cut (if any) and full name of the applicant on the left side should also be mentioned in the address and on the right side the Deputy Commissioner and President, District Election Committee, .
22. Candidates will not be given any kind of TA / DA to take part in the seminar examination / interview.
23. Although the applicant is engaged in the job by providing any information or misinformation, the relevant order of the candidate will be canceled and legal action will be taken.
24. The Authority reserves the power to alter, modify, amend or terminate any of the terms and conditions set forth in this NIAG Notice without giving any reason.
