- Applicant is required to complete the job application form prescribed by the government at 4:00 pm on the next date. Must be reached by the Project Manager via Closed Postage / Courier receiving any application after the stipulated time will not the application form can be found on the Agricultural Information Service web site (www. Ais. Gov.bd). the application form can also be collected from the project office during office hours.
- All the applicable application forms should be filled in. Incomplete / defective applications will not be accepted.
- The application forms have recently been submitted with a copy of oil copy of 3copies of passport or 8 cm x 10 cm size, all educational qualification certificates. (Certificate / Mark sheet not acceptable), Certificate of Experience and National Identity Card / Photocopy of Birth Registration Certificate etc. should be verified by the gazetted officer.
- Applicants for the post of Audio Visual Unit Operator shall have photocopy of the Driving License verified by the Gazetted Officer in the attached case.
- According to the official rules, the applicant must be at least 18 years and maximum 30 years on 22/5/25 AD. In case of freedom fighter / martyr son / daughter child and physical disability candidate the maximum age limit will be 32 years.
- Applicants should apply through appropriate authority in case of job candidates.
- The name of the position should be written in clear letter on the top left side of the envelope when applying.
- Each candidate will have to submit a Pay-Order / Pastel Order (Offer) application form worth Tk. 100 (one hundred) in accordance with the Project Director, Agricultural Information Service Modernization and Digital Agriculture Information and gazette Reinforcement Project.
- No TA / DA will be provided to the applicant for participation in oral examination.
- The authority’s decision on any matter related to appointment will be final.
- At the end of the project term, the appointment letter will be treated as exemption letter.
